Tussoni B2B Wholesale Fashion Marketplace, we are professional experience committed to providing the best quality fashion items to our customers with a smooth and simple wholesale buying experience. To ensure that the items that we send to our customers are in mint conditions and free of any manufacturing defects, we carefully check each item in your order for damages and defects during the collection and packaging of the item.

Cancellation

Order can only be canceled before the payment is done.

Once the products has been collected from the suppliers, the items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing issues or damage.

Orders cannot be canceled after the goods has been shipped.

Returns

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories .

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

For defects and wrong shipped items, the buyer must contact BrandsGateway by email to info@tussoni.com within 7 days. Such emails should include the order number and photographic evidence.

All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dustbag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.

Any agreed refunds will be made by 7 business days of received and approved returns.
